We set up a time that works
Evenings and early mornings are fine. You don't have to take a day off work for this.

We come look at the actual rooms
Usually thirty to forty-five minutes. We measure, check the condition of the walls or the siding, and talk through colors and sheen if you've gotten that far. If you haven't, that's normal — most people haven't.

You get a written price
Itemized, so you can see what each part costs. Usually in your inbox the next day. Take your time with it. The price doesn't change unless you change what you want done.

A water stain, peeling siding, a wall that's been patched before. We'd rather hear it up front than find it on day one.
Where we work
We're based in Mokena and work within about a thirty-minute drive. That covers most of eastern Will County and a good stretch of southwest Cook County — New Lenox, Frankfort, Homer Glen, Lockport, Joliet, Tinley Park, Orland Park and the villages around them.

How our painting process works
1. Free walkthrough
We come out, look at the actual rooms or the actual siding, and talk through colors and sheen. Usually thirty to forty-five minutes.
2. Written estimate
You get an itemized price, normally within twenty-four hours. Take your time with it.
3. We paint, then you inspect
Floors and furniture covered, prep done properly, then paint. Before we load the truck we walk the job with you and fix anything you point at.
